I Recommended bringing a mesh bug cover for early spring months and cooling aids (fans, cold cloths) for the summer heat. Don’t forget water for you and your little one! Once in a while we will be out on the grass and it could be wet. A waterproof mat is highly recomended.
-
Monthly Packages now available to July, August and September. Packages take the cost down to $17/class and drop in rates are $20/class but only available if class space permits.
-
That’s totally up to you! I will offer some running options for my more advanced crew and some lower options for those just starting out!
-
We do offer drop-ins. Even though we have packages that offer a cost savings, you can also just opt for a pay-as-you-go drop-in plan. Please keep in mind that members with monthly passes will have first priority.

This summer Stroller Fit classes will run on Tuesdays. If it rains, I will host the class on Thursday of that week!
**I am also a working birth Doula, so if a baby arrives on a Tuesday, I will be able to move class to a Thursday this year as opposed to cancelling the class.

Between 8-12 weeks postpartum you should be able to resume brisk walking (but every body is different). Some birth injuries or surgical births require more time. Around 12 weeks if you have been slowly getting active you can try light jogging. I can offer you a screening to check your readiness before you start. Other than those guidelines, kids don’t have a maximum age. If they can hangout in a stroller, power walk for an hour, or bike uphill with us, they can join!
What People Are Saying
Speaking as a mom with a baby who does not have a lot of patience for stroller time, I was really anxious for my Stroller Fit outings. I am so happy I didn't let that stop me and went anyways. The community of moms on these walks are very warm and understanding. While my baby fussed Lexi was fantastic and helped entertain him (along with several other moms - love!) and helped me put on my carrier where he was much happier. My first time out, she helped push my stroller while I carried my fussy little guy the last few minutes. She was gracious and reassuring about the entire thing. All of that says nothing of how nice it is to spend some time outside in the fresh air, meet other moms, and relax into a nice friendly chat and walk experience. Such a warm, inviting community feel that I would've missed out on had I let my worries keep me inside on the couch.
If you're thinking about it, just do it!

Lexi is the best! I love her classes! This will be my 3rd summer attending stroller fit and it’s helped me so much physically and mentally along my postpartum journey with both kiddos! The workouts are great and the friendships I’ve made are the best ❤️ Lexis knowledge is so helpful too with pre/postpartum healing! My body thanks her! I strongly recommend any of Lexis classes to any mom/parent!
