Prenatal Appointments
2 prenatal planning appointments. 1 hour to go over the birth plan and getting to know your preferences for your birth and 1 hour to plan the postpartum period.
2 hour private prenatal class for you and your partner to gain a better understanding of the labour process and how you and your partner can support its progress.
Unlimited talk and text throughout the duration of the contract.

Birth Support
12 hours labour support. We first usually come to your home during early labour or whenever you feel like you want extra support. We stay with you while you labour at home and provide comfort techniques and non-medical pain management tools to help you through contractions. We also suggest labouring positions to best support fetal position and decent. We will also transfer with you to the birthing centre or hospital to continue our support for the remainder of your labour and delivery.
1-3 hours after birth to help establish feeding and newborn care and to make sure that you are settled into recovery, postpartum or on your way back home. If you are at home, we will stay for the newborn assessment and to ensure that feeding is going well.

Postpartum Visits
This visit is to make sure that you are managing the transition home after baby is born. This is usually done within 3-4 days after the birth. We will talk about your birth experience, how your mood is, how your sleep is going, and how your body is feeling. We will come to observe a feeding session and offer support if needed. We can also provide resources and local referrals at that point.
We will come back in to ensure that you are healing from birth. We offer some gentle movements and breath-work to support your healing and help with scar care.
