Led by Lexi, a Registered Kinesiologist, Birth Doula, Pelvic Floor Fitness Pro, and Certified Body Ready Birth Teacher, you’ll learn proven strategies to help your body move through labour more efficiently, reduce pain, and improve postpartum recovery.

    Meet Your Instructor

    Hi, I’m Lexi, and I bring a unique combination of skills to this class. As a Registered Kinesiologist, Birth Doula, Pelvic Floor Fitness Pro, and Certified Body Ready Birth Teacher, I combine movement science with birth knowledge to help you feel fully prepared for the big day.

    Through my hands-on approach, you’ll learn how to work with your body during labour and set yourself up for a strong postpartum recovery.

What to Expect

Each session is practical and interactive, with plenty of opportunities to ask questions and practice movements. You’ll leave with:

  • A plan to prepare your body for birth including online recorded classes to follow, handouts and knowledge.

  • Hands-on practice with birthing positions and exercises.

  • Tools and tips to ease labour and recovery.

You’ll feel more confident, capable, and ready to meet your baby!

FAQs

Do I need to be in a certain stage of pregnancy to attend? This class is beneficial at any stage of pregnancy, but we recommend starting between 20-36 weeks.

What should I bring? Comfortable clothing, a partner, and a water bottle.

Can my partner attend? Yes! Partners are welcome to join and learn how to support you during labour. This can be a family member or friend too!
